Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders ship on or around the product's release date.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the United States with tracked delivery. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated or your package is delayed, email support@lampos.shop and we'll investigate with the carrier.
