Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lampos. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Trading card products must be returned factory sealed and unopened.
How to Start a Return
Email support@lampos.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send return instructions. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact support@lampos.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or unsealed trading card products, and any item not in its original condition, cannot be returned.
